Tom has been a trial lawyer for over 35 years. He oversees a multitude of complex civil matters, including Eminent Domain, Automobile Accidents, Fall Down Cases, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Real Estate Disputes, and Commercial/Corporate matters. Tom also regularly serves as a Certified SC Circuit Court Mediator utilizing his experience to help parties resolve their cases without the need for a trial. Outside of work, Tom enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife Betsy and their three adult children.
