Sam Scoville grew up in Georgetown, South Carolina, and returned there following law school to practice law with his father’s firm, Jack M. Scoville, Jr., P.A. He moved to Beaufort, South Carolina in 2011 to join Harvey & Battey. Sam is an experienced civil trial and Family Law attorney. His practice focuses on litigating disputes between businesses and individuals, divorce and custody disputes. Outside of work, Sam’s passions are his two children, Miguel and Sophie, in addition to cycling and travel.
