Sam Scoville grew up in Georgetown, South Carolina, and returned there following law school to practice law with his father’s firm, Jack M. Scoville, Jr., P.A. He moved to Beaufort, South Carolina in 2011 to join Harvey & Battey. Sam is an experienced civil trial, personal injury, and family law attorney. His practice focuses on litigating disputes between businesses and individuals, helping clients who have been injured by the negligence of others, and divorce. Outside of work, Sam’s passions are his two children, Miguel and Sophie, in addition to cycling and travel.
